Simple check-in, late check-out. Reasonably good and highly courteous staff at the reception desk, nicely equipped suite. Location very close to Verona for a family reunion and very close to restaurants.

I loved how I could easily walk to the beautiful Verona Arena and stroll along Via Mazzini within just a few minutes. The hotel also featured a cozy bar area where I could unwind after a day of urban exploration. The staff were attentive and cute.

Noise from the street kept me awake at night, despite closed shutters!!! The heating system could be improved. Being cold at night in a hotel is not ideal!!! Room furnishings felt less luxurious than expected!!!

My wife and I loved the size of our room and the French doors that opened to a beautiful terrace. The marble bathroom was lovely and equiped with a great shower. The staff was excellent and so helpful to us. The breakfast staff was so professional and respectful, the the breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay at your hotel again, and we will recommend it to our friends. Great location! It was the best! John Dudley

The location was perfect only a few meters from one of the main shopping streets. We were travelling with our 2 year old son and the room was a great size even with a push chair and cot in it there was still plenty of room. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast superb.
